Press Release: Li Na Goins, former VP of HR with Towne Park, Joins impactHR as Senior Consultant

February 27, 2019, Columbia, MD – In a move indicative of its continued business growth, impactHR, LLC, a full-service human resources management and consulting firm, today announced the hiring of Li Na Goins as Senior Consultant and Marilyn Duley as HR Consultant.

Li Na Goins, Senior Consultant, impactHR

Goins, an accomplished HR executive and leader, brings significant experience leading, developing and implementing integrated HR initiatives to support strategic business goals. Goins’ HR expertise includes total rewards, HRIS, strategic planning, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions and operations management.

Regarded as a strategic-minded business partner who drives key HR initiatives, Goins is skilled in guiding senior leadership in critical decision-making capabilities. She has provided HR expertise to companies and organizations in a range of industries and organization types, including private sector companies, non-profit organizations, labor unions and the federal government.

In her previous experiences, Goins served as Vice President with Towne Park where she was responsible for directing the overall management of the company’s Total Rewards, payroll, background screening, HR solutions and HRIS functions. She also was Director for Compensation, Systems and Reporting with the Johns Hopkins Health System and was Senior Director for Compensation, Benefits and HRIS with Acentia. In addition, Goins was Founder and Principal of HR INTELLA, an HR consulting service that focused on a range of HR services including payroll and staffing, EEO compliance and HR audits.

Goins holds a BS in Business Administration and Computer Science from Notre Dame of Maryland University and an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from the New York Institute of Technology.

Marilyn Duley, HR Consultant, impactHR

In addition, Marilyn Duley comes to impactHR with more than 20 years of experience managing all aspects of HR, including compensation and benefits, workforce planning, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, training and career development, organization development and strategic management. Duley has worked extensively in the government contracting and sports and entertainment fields.

With her experience serving government contractors, Duley has broad knowledge and experience with related policy and regulations, including the Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act. Duley holds a BS in Business Management and has her certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland University College.
