impactAlert: OFCCP Issues Updated Disability Self-ID Form For Federal Contractors

The US Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has announced the US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is releasing a new Voluntary Self-Identification Form (CC-305) for federal contractors.

Federal contractors, according to OFCCP, need to start using this new form immediately. OMB’s primary change in this form is to renew it with an expiration date of January 31, 2020. Federal contractors must either download the renewed form or update their electronic version of the form to reflect the new date.

This Voluntary Self-Identification Form is used by federal contractors as part of their hiring process (pre-offer and post offer stages) and to survey their workforce for disability status every five years.
