Denise Powell has over 25 years of experience in HR, operations and client services management. Denise specializes in the areas of operational efficiencies, client service satisfaction, employee performance management, manager coaching, employee engagement, learning and development, behavioral assessments for manager and employee development, talent acquisition and HR operations compliance.
Denise has held numerous HR operations roles as a practitioner and consultant, with focus on building or re-engineering human resources functions to be efficient and effective. Prior experiences include the development and execution of recruitment and talent management strategies, performance management strategies, employee development and training, cultural and organizational development, change management, compliance issues and implementation of automated information systems. Denise has worked in the educational, financial and nonprofit industries.
Denise is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Change Management Professional (CCMP) and Lean Six Sigma Professional (CSSWB). She is also a Certified Predictive Index Analyst in behavioral assessments and workforce analytics. Denise also is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
