Bonnie Monroe is an HR Business Leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic and operational HR ranging from high-level strategic planning to front-line HR operations. Bonnie’s experience includes organizational development, business development, talent management, skills training, strategic planning, conflict resolution, benefit and wellness programs. She specializes in coaching and consulting leadership, and management that supports on-going development programs that align people, process and systems optimally to advance efficiency, engagement and profitability.
Over the course of her career, Bonnie has held numerous HR strategic and operational business roles with a focus on building resilient corporate cultures. She has also focused on building strong value propositions for companies in mergers and acquisitions mode, as well as for startups, high-growth companies, private equity firms and publicly traded companies.
Bonnie previously has worked in a range of industries, including technology, environmental services, health care, international non-profit, corporate wellness and higher education. She is certified as a Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Bonnie serves as Adjunct Instructor at Howard Community College. She also is a Workforce Readiness Volunteer with SHRM-Howard County, MD.
