Employers Must Begin Using the Revised I-9 Form
By December 26th
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released a revised form I-9 for employers earlier this year. Employers have been encouraged to use the revised form immediately, but effective December 26th all employers must use the newly revised form. Employers who do not use the revised I-9 form on December 26, 2007 will be subject to all applicable fines and penalties under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
